Changing Weight is a Neuroplastic Functional Training (NFT) class that scientifically unpacks the mysteries of how to learn to self regulate and change. This movement-educational class is a one-stop shopping option for people who want to lose weight. While developing fitness, the course addresses the principles of brain training to facilitate independent and effective, permanent weight loss. The goal is to learn how to direct and engage the brain for the purpose of creating new paradigms, brain maps, and outcomes with regard to healing.
