Description

Learn about a cutting-edge method called Neuroplastic Functional Training (NFT).

Each lecture is one hour followed by a 10 minute break and ends with a 50 minute rich workshop.

This is a series of 5 lectures presented by Lauryn Maloney-Gepfert within our New Life Changers Series.

Lectures are open to all audiences.  High school and college students are free with a current school ID.
